As a customer sometimes you'll have questions before you make a purchase, we get it.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping within the UK is £3.45 - This is sent out second class tracked and signed for and should arrive within 3-5 days after your purchase.

Standard Shipping within Europe is £7.45 - This is sent out second class tracked and signed for, and should arrive within 3-5 days after your purchase.

Standard Shipping within the US is £12.45 - This is tracked and signed for delivery, and should arrive within 7-10 days after your purchase.

Shipping is FREE for orders over £75 in the United Kingdom & Europe

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Europe and the United States. Please add your products to your cart to understand your shipping fees.

We are not responsible for any custom fees attached to receiving your parcel, and all parcels sent are tracked and signed for. 

Are Apothecary7 products organic?

We purchase as many organic ingredients as we can. So while we're not 100%, we're pretty damn close.

Are Apothecary7 products vegan?

Yep! No animal produce of any kind is used in any of our products and no animals are harmed in the making of them.

Do Apothecary7 products contain any toxic chemicals or additives?

No junk, no toxics, no preservatives, EVER.

Are Apothecary7 products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes and no.

Everyone's skin is different - we don't recommend our products be used when you have a condition which causes broken skin, but several customers with sensitive skin have used our full product range without issue.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Since there are no preservatives, please use within 8-10 months.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases.

Are Apothecary7 ingredients food grade?

Yup! Sure are, but honestly a teaspoon of Ubtan tastes gross, don't do it.

How are Apothecary7 products made?

Currently they are small batch made in the love lab with my own fair hands, and the help of a few pixies I couldn't live without.

In future this may not be the case. A business can't grow if they can't produce the supply to meet the demand, but for now, it's all us.

How should Apothecary7 products be stored?

Upright within their container with care and attention paid when removing the lid.

Many of our products are powder based, so if opened roughly you may get a dusting of Ayurvedic goodness all over you.

No harm done, but a bit of a waste.

How Long do Apothecary7 products last?

If kept air tight sealed and kept in a cool dark place, these herbs have a shelf life of 12-18 months. But to be honest the results are so good, if you've still got some left 8 months in I'd be shocked.

    Ordering

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system.

    We also accept Paypal. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information.

    What about shipping, how long before I get my order?

    Standard shipping for orders within the UK & Europe takes 3-7 business days.

    Most orders are received within 7 days of ordering. International orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

    The tracking for international orders will be updated once the package leaves the UK, and your order is on its way.

    Do you offer package tracking?

    Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, this includes  International shipments.

    What is your return policy?

    If you received a defective item we'll happily replace the same product for you in the same size.

    Simply contact us at stacey@apothecary7.com and we'll get it taken care of. We do not process refunds for issues related to custom fees.

    Can I cancel/modify my order?

    Once your order has been made and dispatched it can't be cancelled or modified.
